Petroleum Products Requiring Storage Licenses

- Items declared under the Inflammable Substances Act, 1952 are covered under the Petroleum Rules, 2002.
- Petroleum products with a flash point of 93°C and above require no license, intimation, or approval under the Petroleum Rules, 2002.
